Joe is a lobster fisherman and the entrepreneur behind the development of BioNovations Inc.'s live seafood holding systems and live seafood transportation systems. He has been involved in the fishing industry for more than 30 years and when he saw a need for better live seafood storage systems he decided to be among the first to satisfy that need. For the last 15 years, Joe has turned his attention to solving the challenges of long haul shipping and extended storage of live seafood. Over the past five years, he created the fist prototype for extended overland transport of live seafood resulting in the creation of BioNovations Inc. which is another example of innovation in Atlantic Canada. Joe has an appetite for hard work and is very friendly and approachable. He always ensures clients get the best experience at every level and doesn't rest until all their needs are satisfied.

Rose is a graduate of Saint Francis Xavier University. She has owned and operated her own retail business before joining BioNovations Inc. and has been with the company since its inception. Her extensive knowledge and experience in various capacities within the fishing industry, customer service, exporting, and manufacturing fields has been an asset to BioNovations Inc. Rose’s personal motto is “the person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it” (Chinese Proverb). Rose is very open to new ideas and is a true believer in learning something new on a daily basis.

Kikoo has over forty years of practical experience in the international market. He has lived in the Far East, Africa and England for 20 years and in Canada for over 25 years. In the course of his profession and travels, he has covered most of the Far East, West Africa, USA, Canada, the entire Caribbean basin and parts of Europe and Central America.
