Our Company

BioNovations Inc. is a limited liability Nova Scotia company with its head office and manufacturing facility located in Antigonish, Nova Scotia, Canada. BioNovations is owned by Joseph Boudreau, Allan Gillis, and Jim Gillis who have many decades of experience in the seafood industry.

Joe Boudreau, President & CEO – Joe was born and raised in Antigonish, Nova Scotia which lies on the edge of one of the largest fishing grounds in the world.
